8.6% APY is certainly good for USDC, but you could do better with Celsius. But the the sign up bonus is good and you can explore your options later. BlockFi one free withdrawal per month so at that point you can go back to your bank account (via CoinBase Pro) or take it over to Celsius for 11% interest.
