Hello Publsih0x Community! Welcome to my blog. I wish Shab-a-Qader to All Muslim Hive community here. On this night, we should pray for peace, love and freedom of Humanity. I hope you enjoyed this night and also had prayed to God for your good desires. Today, I did special preparation for my Aftar (Eating and Drinking after Fasting in Muslim World). I visited Kitchen and decided to make some dishes of fruits as well as one tasty Pakistani Special Dish Dahi Bhala. It is wrong concept,"Pakistani Men don't like Kitchen" I am happy to do this. We should learn each chapter of our life. Other than a teacher, a motivational speak and an investor you can say me a good Chief in my House. I can make thirteen dishes with full grip. These home chores, I learned from my mother. Our parents are our good teachers so we should obey them in any case.
Although it was hot weather. Temperature was above 40°© at noon and started to decrease later. When I visited Kitchen, I was thirsty as well as hungry. Hence, I decided to make some best dishes for Aftar only.
First of all, I cut all fruits we have in our kitchen. These fruits included :
- Apple(Vit A Source)
- Banana ( Potassium Source)
- Galia Melon(rich in antioxidants)
- Dates(rich Carbohydrates Source)

Dahi Bhala
It is Asia more delicious and tasty dish. It had different names around the world. It needed special ingredients for good taste. It needed following basic contents.
- Potatoes
- Yogurt
- Peas fined grind powder for Krispy Goal roller
- Dahi Bhala Powder including salt, red , green and black peppers
- Onions
Alhamdolilah, these edibles were ready and I enjoyed all of them. This is how I spent my good time in Kitchen. You people can also share some of your kitchen experience and best dishes in your country. Thanks!
