When I opened my eyes in the morning, light burst into my bedroom. It was different than usual, because it was very warm, more like a sunset than a sunrise.
Gdy rano otwarłem oczy, do mojej sypialni wtargnęło światło. Było inne niż zwykle, bo bardzo ciepły przypominające bardziej zachód niż wschód słońca.
Even though it's Saturday and I would like to laze around a bit longer, it didn't let me fall asleep. I decided to do a short morning coffee photo shoot.
Mimo, że to sobota i chciałoby się poleniuchować trochę dłużej, nie pozwoliło mi już zasnąć. Postanowiłem zrobić krótką poranną sesję zdjęciową do kawy.
The photo was taken with a large optical zoom, because the objects are about 10 km away from my apartment. This is a view of Silesia, specifically the city of Katowice in Poland.
Zdjęcie zrobione na dużym zoomie optycznym, bo obiekty oddalone są od mojego mieszkania około 10km. To widok Śląska, a dokładnie miasta Katowice w Polsce.
In the distance on the left you can see a church in the oldest district of Katowice, which is called "Dąb". On the right, the Cathedral of Christ the King.
W oddali po lewej stronie widać kościół w najstarszej dzielnicy Katowic, która nazywa się "Dąb". Natomiast po prawej Archikatedrę Chrystusa Króla.
When I finished sipping my morning coffee, the magic was broken, but the views of my city were still beautiful
Gdy już skończyłem sączyć poranną kawę czar prysł, ale i tak widoki na moje miasto były piękne
