Nearby are the Prometheus Caves, the Martvili Canyons, and the Satapila Nature Park. But in the very center there are many attractions underestimated by tourists. This is, for example, the Botanical Garden in Kutaisi.

W pobliżu są jaskinie Prometeusza, Kaniony Martvili, czy Park krajobrazowy Satapila. Ale w samym centrum jest wiele atrakcji niedocenianych przez turystów. Jest nią na przykład Ogród Botaniczny w Kutaisi.

It is located near the Bagrat Cathedral, which is a tourist attraction, but the garden is rarely visited. I decided to break through and visit this place.

Mieści się niedaleko Katedry Bagrata, który stanowi atrakcję turystyczną, jednak ogród rzadko jest odwiedzany. Postanowiłem przełamać się i jednak odwiedzić to miejsce.

It's one big garden.

To był strzał w dziesiątkę. Miejsce opustoszałe, ale zadbane i z klimatem. Mało ludzi, a wstęp kosztował 1 lari od osoby, czyli jakieś 1,7 zł. W zasadzie okolice miasteczka Kutaisi to jeden wielki ogród botaniczny. Rosną tu dziko drzewa granatu, bananowce, figi, kaktusy z opuncjami, pomarańcze, owoce khaki. To jeden wielki ogród.

Of course, I wouldn't be myself if I wasn't looking for mushrooms in a place with a lot of trees. And I found it. There was a young specimen of an edible arboreal mushroom called oak tongue growing on an old oak tree. When cut, this mushroom resembles red meat and is a tasty edible mushroom.

Oczywiście nie był bym sobą, gdybym nie szukał grzybów w miejscu gdzie jest sporo drzew. I znalazłem. Na starym dębie rósł młody okaz jadalnego grzyba nadrzewnego o nazwie ozorek dębowy. Grzyb ten po przekrojeniu przypomina czerwone mięso i jest smacznym grzybem jadalnym.

This place is full of charming nooks and shrines placed inside the tree. Mysterious stairs appear, bells in the trees - fairy-tale and pleasant.

Miejsce to pełne jest urokliwych zakątków, kapliczek umieszczonych we wnętrzu drzewa. Pojawiają się tajemnicze schody, dzwony na drzewach - bajkowo i przyjemnie.
