This is gonna be quick and sweet. In short - we don't know yet, but currently we have no reason not to. 

Why don't we know? As of today, we cannot yet withdrawal the Bitcoin and Ethereum that we earn in the game. However, the developers are promising this feature as soon as the next update to the game, in early March. At that point, we'll get an answer. If I am able to withdrawal my in-game Crypto balance to Uphold, then boy... is this gonna be awesome. 

Why do we have no reason not to trust them? Simply, they are very open about how the game works, what they are currently working on, what to expect and how they expect the game to be profitable in the long term (their business model). They communicate all this in the game's official Discord server. They also have a subreddit page which they seem to use less often. To put it simply, they are not shady. That can't be said about some other crypto games out there... 

I've been having a lot of fun playing the game anyway - simply collecting keys and collecting treasure from vaults is addictive and a great way to get out of the house during COVID and either take a walk, drive, or bike ride.
