In a previous post I talked about buying an S21 and having it hosted by the company that sold it to me. Read about that here.
Since then the machine has been churning out hashes and earning some satoshis. I went with Lincoin pool as the hosting service has a deal with them and I ultimately decided to go all in on the service as advertised. The only thing I had to do was to make an account with Lincoin and give the email I used for signing up to the hosting provider and they took care of the rest. It took less than 2 hours from sending payment until I saw hashes coming in. Completely hassle-free for those looking for an easy way to do things.
Today was the first time I made a withdrawal form Lincoin. I had accrued just upwards of 0.005 BTC and decided to get it out of there. Withdrawal was straightforward but a bit pricey for my taste. Each withdrawal will cost you 0.0004 BTC. In this case 8% of the total amount. Mind you, there is also a lightning network option which costs a lot less or 0.00001 BTC. Since I'm not willing to pay close to 10% of each transaction in fees I have to contemplate some options. I can wait longer between withdrawals, use the lightning network or change pools. Something I need to think about.
The withdrawn amount went into my Crypto.com account where I put it into the earn program for 5% APY for the next 3 months. I am planning on keeping my BTC there to accrue a little bit more.
All in all, this has been a pain-free experience so far and I would recommend for anyone wanting the same. If you're thinking about following in these footsteps it might be worth it to shop around for pools but other than that it's all above board and seems to be exactly as stated on the box, so to speak.
I'd appreciate any and all comments. What could I have done better? Are there better pools to consider?

I'm not sure anyone receives anything from signing up to Lincoin through my link as it's not advertised but here it is anyway.
