This globalized and constantly changing world in which we live is the one that dictates the rules of how we should live, what we should have, how we should spend our money and what things we must do to be happy, all these things are said by the media and also by the influencers or a friend over there.

When we do not reach those goals or we don't have those things that we are supposed to have, they say then - wow poor person, look at that old phone that he or she has - or things like that, but that person who does not have those things has a couple who loves him or her, some children who adore him or her and when he or her comes home after work they welcome him or her with open arms and the simple presence is a gift to those who wait for him or her at home.

This  world has become a place where appearance is more important than anything else and of course it is important but it is not the most important thing, I met people with a last generation phone and when they need to call someone they ask me mine because they don't have balance to make calls.

I think that we must look more inside ourselves and find what we really like, what we really want to do, what we really want to have, and go for it and not for what the world tells us. Sometimes we are so absorbed in our routines that we forget to ask ourselves what we want to do that day, or that night, or that week, or that year, this world absorbs us in its dynamics and that is why we must seek the way to know ourselves more, connect with our inner self, connect with our essence.

True happiness is in feeling at peace with ourselves and with our environment and thus seek first to cultivate our being and after that begin to do what we love to do and as a result of that, have what we want to have, that must be the chain, the order, remember.
