Academia's 💩 sides

I´m a pro bono speaker, scientist and professor (from Portugal) working towards the end of the current ridiculous "system" implemented in Academia. Criticizing flawed higher education and science policies, denouncing censorship (my definition of it) observed in some social networks/academic repositories, and making proposals for a much better place to work on.
