Touching grass

Touching grass

Good morning.

Well after being involved with crypto now for over almost 2 years, it is time for a holiday. We have had a few short breaks but nothing long (Although a week being waited on by my parents was very nice too). Whilst on these breaks I have to admit we have looked at charts and talked about our portfolio, except when we were in Turkey because nothing worked! We were blocked from most of the sites

Now I do find the whole thing very exciting, I even loved the bear market as I used this time as a fire sale, I was buying more and more, mainly Bitcoin, even some ETH although I am still not keen on ETH but David is. We were stacking the portfolio nicely as well as free sats, as many as I could get. We had our airdrop from the ACS token thanks to CoinGecko, which got sold and used to buy BTC.

The only thing I had on my to do list was to research and find one of those small cap gems to take a punt on. I have struggled with this immensely. I have been told I overthink things on more than one occasion. I also know it does not have to be something I will love as it is not meant to be a keeper so I am thinking it will be darts on a board with names on soon. A lot of new things I saw were NFT's though and try as I may they don't interest me.

Now we have a 3 week break planned, our son always says he would like to visit the UK so we will try to give him a tourist trip. How will we fare? Will we check charts? will something pop up that needs to be looked into? Honestly I don't think we will manage a complete break for 3 weeks, but not in a stressed must watch constantly way (It was like that in some of the higher risk DeFi protocols we dabbled in, knowing any minute it would be time to get out)This is in a more 'I am totally enjoying what I am doing type of way'.

We are as prepared as we can be, all the BTC is on the ledger, there are only a few bits and bobs on exchanges and the HNT well, it is more of a 'I am not really bothered' as its not having it's finest hour! It can sit on the phone.

Our schedule is quite hectic, so how long will we manage to be crypto free? Now I have written this 3 weeks sounds like a long time! We must all take the time to go out and touch some grass as the saying goes.

As always, thank you for reading, see you all in 3 weeks!
