Hey there!

Do you believe in ghosts? Well I certainly do and my recent encounters have proved my point too! The incident that forced me to write something was the most recent encounter that I had (Yes! I have had more than one encounters).

My aunt lives in an area which is famous in the whole city for having a lot of paranormal activity. She lives with her husband and two kids and has been living here for about 11 years now. Her area is just a 40 minute drive from our home so we often visit our cousins. She would tell us about the weird things she sees and the noises my cousins hear. Last year my other aunts came to our house and planned to stay at her house for 2 days. Since I was also free I joined them too. The moment we reached there all the things my aunt had said started to come in my mind. I would like to add here that my house is haunted too but I never saw anything so I tried to distract myself. This has never happened to me before but that whole night I couldn’t sleep properly. I was awake half the time even though all of us were sleeping in the same room me and my cousins but there was just a weird eerie feeling that wouldn’t let me sleep. Well that time passed and I came back home. This year my aunt was sick and had an operation so I had to go visit her so I stayed at her house for 4 days. The flashbacks from the year back started coming back in my mind but I dismissed. It was 7 in the morning when I opened my eyes due to a heavy load on my body. I was sideways and it felt like someone was sitting on me. I tried to raise my head but my head was put down with immense pressure. I couldn’t even open my mouth and could only see the wall clock that said 7. The faint morning sunlight was in the room and it wasn’t no haunted setup but I was convinced I wasn’t having any sleep paralysis as my movements were stopped one by one. First head movement, then leg, then mouth. I started reciting verses and after a good couple minutes the weight lifted off and I shot up on the bed.

I went outside and told my aunt. She wasn’t surprised but tried to calm me down saying these things only like to irritate us but don’t do any harm. That encounter was a really chilly one.
