In the eternal bliss of solitude,
I wander, tempest night.
The demons peeking from the edge,
Injecting me with fright.
Coiling serpents gather round,
The block upon my head:
For from the moment I was born I was considered dead.
Animals can come to it,
People as they please,
To God I fall in reverence,
Down upon my knees.
Fists are shaking way up high,
As terribly the Earth so groans,
I sit in deep reflection on the wails and the moans.
Devil, buddy, come on by,
Shake hands and have a sip.
Rest your weary legs,
From this your global trip.
You may not stay,
You are not want,
But welcome here you are.
For I'd rather have you creeping close,
Than deceiving out afar.
My mind it tells me to resist,
But I know that that's just you,
Oh how it is you love a fight,
Oh yes, I know you too.
Feel my light it burns your flesh,
Now rest your weary head.
For from the moment you came to me,
You were considered dead.
