Minister Byrd’s legal documents reveal that the DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC), long used by Cook County courts for court-ordered DNA tests, was publicly acquired in 2021 by Eurofins Scientific SE, a foreign multinational biotech firm headquartered in Luxembourg. So for over four years now, this ownership change was never disclosed to Pro Se litigants, ADA-covered Peoples, Uncontested Whistleblowers Pro Se, raising urgent legal, ethical, and constitutional concerns.
Legal and Human Rights Violations Exposed
The affidavit outlines systemic due process violations, ADA noncompliance, religious discrimination, and bio-privacy breaches. Minister Byrd was denied fee waivers initially (has since been waived due to standing up for myself), delayed or unprovided ADA accommodations, and spiritual religious rights were undermined while being compelled to submit to DNA testing by a foreign-owned entity for their collection.
The motion cites violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Genetic Information Privacy Act (GIPA), and multiple constitutional provisions under the Illinois and U.S. Constitutions.
