If you live in Canada, you need to download Shake Pay.
There is no easier way to Dollar Cost Average your Bitcoin than this app.

Round up is an effective way to purchase Bitcoin. The name explains the process. When you make you purchase using Shake Pay, the app will use the difference between your purchase price and the next dollar amount to buy Bitcoin on you behalf.
You have to opt into the Round Up program but it is worth it.
If you have Shake Pay and have opted into Round Up you are adding 3% of your purchase price to your BTC position, at a cost base of $0. You will alost be adding several hundred Sats at current market price.
This in combination with the daily shaking sats at a cost base of $0 you can quickly build up a good amount of Bitcoin with very little effort or cash output.
For the Month of July I plan on going on a cash only diet and run as many of my day to day purchases through Shake Pay to see how my position grows.
The only issue I have with the Round Up is that in the transaction log it is market as just a purchase and not a round up. This is only an issue for me because I am tracking things so closely. I imagine this would not be a problem for literally anyone else.
Shake Pay continues to add useful features and continues to bring itself more in line with compliance rules in Canada. It doesn't offer any leverage or staking so compared to other platforms the third party risk is low. Its only offers BTC or ETH. No Alts, No DeFi, no Shitcoins, no Scams. I cannot emphasize how useful this app is for Canadians to build a crypto position. If you live in Canada and haven't joined Shake Pay you really should.
