Bitcoin: fundamental market analysis

During the last month, noticeable and significant changes have occurred in the market. First of all, MTGox payouts which when is time will greatly bring down the market, this time postponed by only 3.5 months. This, for sure, will restrain stable fundamental growth and the long-term consolidation above $ 10,000 is very unlikely before the fact of payouts. However, in the medium term, growth is likely for the following reasons:

1. The outflow of the Bitcoins from the exchanges has slowed down but continues, which indicates the excess of demand over the supply.
2. The inflow of stable coins has also slowed down but continues, which indicates the inflow of new funds into the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
3. PayPal's buy-sell support for the BTC can create significant additional demand in the coming weeks/months: more than 300 million users get the opportunity to purchase bitcoin in a way convenient for them.

Record-low volumes in recent months, in this case, should not cause strong concern - this is a natural process of depletion of sellers and the end of the re-accumulation phase. In the medium term, there are no fundamental reasons for a strong price reduction. But keep in mind that just before the decision on Mt. Gox front-run payouts are likely by market participants who possess insider information.

Disclaimer: the results of fundamental market analysis are applicable in the medium and long term (weeks and months) and do not take into account possible short-term price fluctuations and their causes. Medium- and long-term positions are subject to large price fluctuations and require more conservative risk management. The information in the post is not financial advice.
