What’s up my fellow Splinterlands Lovers!
I hope that all of you are enjoying thus amazing snd memorable day with your fellow splinterlands friends because today is the start of Rebellion general sale and the cards will also get introduced and can be used in the game pretty soon as well. As I am writing this, the notice about an upcoming maintenance window in 40 mins was already being displayed by the time I will post it the update should have been started, and its about time before the it gets live. So I hope those of my fellow splinterlands friends who bought packs in the pre-sale or about to buy in the general sale are going to open those packs right after, so wish you all some shining gems and golds from your pull.
General Sale begins
Thou I haven’t bought any packs in the pre-sale, I will be looking for cheap Deal on upgraded cards directly From market and hopefully if a large number of packs gets sold within next 1 or 2 weeks, the cards market will also get filled with some juicy deals. Now, after the maintenance windows gets over and the sale gets live, I will be watching the sales count till I am awake to experience the thrill.
DEC
Now moving on, let us talk about the prices on DEC and SPS as these 2 tokens in splinterlands are currently experiencing a solid boom in its price and because the sale has suddenly created a massive demand for DEC while there were already a pressure on DEC because of the Land update that got launched recently. The official team of splinterlands was working long time upon bringing the DEC back to its soft pegged value of 0.001$ per unit organically and finally after a waiting period, it is really great to see this finally happening. As you can see from above, DEC is currently being sold for 0.00099$ per unit so it has already achieved the goal.
SPS
Now looking at SPS, this has also performed marvelously in recent times and who could tell that this token was being traded for only 0.014$ only around a month ago. Those who kept their faith in SPS and either hold for bought and probably staked in their wallet are the happiest souls in hive right now. I am also very glad to be the one of them as I also used to re invest all my SPS earning back into my staled wallet ad through years of following the same method while focusing and investing in card to to able playing better,it has helped me to gain a good amount of SPS stale over time and I just recently crossed staking 150k SPS and right now sitting at 153k SPS. As you can see from the chart above, the SPS is right now being sold for 0.0334$ per unit and just looking at that chart, isn't it magnificent to see that massive growth in such a short span of time.
201 Rebel Packs
Well, while many of you might be all ready and all set to open your packs soon after the Rebellion general pack sale and pack opening gets live, well take me in that party cause I also have brought 200 packs with me that I just got from a friend and bow have the chance to open and experience the pull thrill after it gets live. Should I open them all at once or I should go by 50 - 50 or even for 5 at one time, those are the questions who are roaming in my mind right now and that's the kind of thrill you get before opening an entire new set of cards that are just getting revealed. I already have a tons of options available that I am collecting for a long time, so that is certainly no s problem and as soon as the pack openings get live, I Will quickly jump into the mana well to find those new little creatures.
Rest of opening 51 Rebel Packs
I was actively refreshing the screen and As soon as the window moved and and the game came Live, I quickly went to the mana well and opened 51 packs at once and at above, you can see the outcome! I really jumped out my chair because only from opening 51 packs, I got 2 gold Foil Legendaries and many gold foil common and rares along with legendary epic regular foils.
