Fold is an App I discovered a few months ago when it was in Beta. Basically its an app where you buy gift cards from normal shops, and when you use them you can get a percentage in BTC back.  You can use a Credit/Debit card or BTC to make purchases.  Here is a list of some of the stores supported.
