Welcome back everyone to the Function Island Updates blog! Today, we’ll be discussing all the latest updates since our last article, and also dropping some alpha on our upcoming Yield Farm! 👀 From a bunch of new staking pools, to the introduction of $xTIME, to our listing on both Moralis and Gecko Terminal, to our HUGE upcoming Yield Farm and more, there’s plenty going on on the Island!
New Staking Pools
Since our last article, we’ve been very busy on building our partner network! Community and supporting PulseChain are very important to us, and we are proud to say that we have implemented a ton of new staking pools on our DEX to embolden the PulseChain community! These pools are all hosted on our very own Function Island DEX, and earn $iDAI and $ISLAND as staking rewards! For our new pools that earn ISLAND, we have added DRT-ISLAND, SotaSoda-ISLAND, and EXEGGUTOR-ISLAND. As for our new pools that earn $iDAI, we have added WBTC-PLS, WETH-PLS, HEX-PLS, BEAN-WPLS, and xTIME-WPLS! Speaking of $xTIME, this is another one of our new developments.
Introduction of $xTIME
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce the introduction of $xTIME! This token is built of off Internet Money’s $TIME token, but also implements our uptoken technology! Just like $GOAT, $xISLAND, $xFARM, and more, the price of $xTIME to $TIME can only relatively increase! Keep in mind there is a 5% mint and redemption fee, but 0% fees on the buying, selling, and transferring of $xTIME!
Gecko Terminal and Moralis Listings
Thirdly, we are pleased to announce the listing of our Function Island DEX on both Moralis and Gecko Terminal! Besides getting us more marketing exposure by having these listings, these listings help you track your favorite Function Island tokens and LPs on each respective service! We also got listed on swap.win, thanks to @yoitsegor, which is great news! Finally, we are looking at getting listed on Dex Screener in the near future as well, so stay tuned!
Upcoming Yield Farm
Fourthly, we are excited to announce that we will be releasing a HUGE 2nd Generation Yield Farm in the near future! We’ve been hinting at it for quite a while, and have been working day and night to ensure a perfect launch! As for utility, this is what we have planned, with plenty more in the future after this:
- Full support and exclusivity on Function Island DEX, including for fees (lowest on PulseChain)
- Lucrative referral system to ensure maximum gain for all stakeholders involved
- Farms will give $YIELD token as rewards, with emissions being halved every month (decreasing new supply)
- Multiple utilities for all Function Island tokens involved for all risk profiles (earn stablecoins, blue-chips and $YIELD)
- Strong partnerships and liquidity pools directly on launch
- Integration with third party dapps to diversify utility and to ensure constant buying pressure and support for the entire ecosystem

Finally, we are pleased to announce the introduction of our updated User Interface for all our current staking pools and farms! Besides making everything look cleaner and run more smoothly for end users, we are planning on integrating our DEX directly on our main site, so keep your eyes peeled folks!
