Welcome back folks! Today, we'll be discussing all the newest updates here at Function Island! From our new partnerships, vaults, Island Farm updates and more, we have plenty of things going on at the Island!
New Partnerships
Since our last article, we have been working on building partnerships with various protocols, and we are pleased to announce that we have officially partnered with both IMPLS Finance and Drippy Inu! We have plenty more coming folks, and we are currently planning on having more AMAs and maybe even some giveaways in the near future to strengthen our marketing campaign! We have been building many things in the background, and can't wait to show you all what is in store!
New Vaults
Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that our partners over at IMPLS Finance have constructed various vaults for our Island Farm! Our FARM-PLS, IMPLS-FARM, GOAT-FARM, AND PLSX-FARM farms currently have their own vaults, with many more to come! Moreover, we will be working very closely with IMPLS Finance for the foreseeable future, and have even collected over 9000 $IMPLS tokens to earn passive income in their revenue sharing staking pool for our protocol!
Island Farm Updates
We have also performed multiple updates for our farms, including $iDAI and $iBOND! Firstly, we introduced $iBOND staking to earn $iDAI at the beginning of the month, giving users an opportunity to earn yield on their stablecoins! Secondly, we recently increased the emission rate of the iDAI-FARM farm to a whopping 20x! Finally, the ISLAND-DAI and ISLAND-PLS farms are no longer emitting rewards. This was done in order to bolster $FARM liquidity with pairs that possess $FARM!
TidalWave: $WPLS for Stakers
Finally, we are pleased to announce the launch of our TidalWave contract! The contract stakes $LOAN and $USDL into LiquidLoans' staking pools, earning more $LOAN, $USDL, and $WPLS! The $LOAN and $USDL are restaked, and the $WPLS is sent to both our Island NFT and $ISLAND staking contracts! In addition, the harvest function has a 5% bonus in $WPLS attached to calling it, which provides an opportunity to earn $WPLS as a bounty!
