a fantastic sauce to transform a simple pasta into a great first course.

INGREDIENTS:

5 CLEAN SQUIDS
6 SHRIMPS TAILS
A 15 BETWEEN MUSSELS AND CLAMS
4-5 SHELLED SCAMPI
 200 ML TOMATO SAUCE
1 clove of garlic
HALF GLASS OF WHITE WINE

PREPARATION:
IN A LARGE PAN, SUFFER SQUIDS, SHRIMPS, SCAMPS WITH A HIGH FLAME SPOON OF EXTRA OIL Pour the white wine and evaporate the wine, lower the flame and add the stock or water and the tomato sauce, add the tomato sauce AND COOK INDOOR FOR 5 MINUTES.
ALSO PUT THE PARSLEY AND DRY AND LET'S MAKE IT A LITTLE DENSE. READY TO SEASON LONG PASTA LINGUINE OR SPAGHETTI.
