one of the finest fish on the table with fantastic cooking !!!!
ingredients:
1 sea bass of 800-900 gr
7 PACHINO TOMATOES
1 SPOON OF DESALED CAPERS
1 SPOON OF TAGGIASCHE OLIVES
2 SPOONS OF FLOUR 00
2 GLASSES OF WHITE WINE
EXTRA VIRGIN OIL FOR THE PAN

PREPARATION:
AFTER EVIRING THE LIGHT FISH FLOURED ON BOTH SIDES AND WITH A DROP OF OIL ON A LARGE PAN, START THE FISH BY TURNING IT TO THE FRIED OIL.
TO GOLDENING AFTER A FEW SECONDS WET WITH THE WINE COOK AND EVAPORATE THEN ADD A LITTLE WATER AFTER TWO MINUTES IN SUCESSION CAPERS, OLIVES AND TOMATOES, COVER AND COOK 40 MIN WITH LOW FIRE LID. PUT OUT THE FIRE REMOVE THE BONE FROM THE SEA BASS AND POUR OVER THE RESTRICTED FISH SAUCE
I RECOMMEND A BEAUTIFUL RICH SALAD WITH TROPEA ONION
WINE? A SOAVE WITH 12 DEGREES.
