A RISOTTO THAT IN ADDITION TO BEING A RICH AND TASTY FIRST COURSE IN THIS RECIPE SPRAYS FLAVORS AND PERFECT COMBINATIONS FOR THOSE WHO LOVE THE ENCOUNTER BETWEEN SWEET AND SALTY.

INGREDIENTS:

GRAINED GRAIN 200 GR

PREPARATION: CHOP THE ONION, IN A LARGE SAUCE SAFE WITH A SPOON OF EXTRA OIL, PUT IN THE RICE AND TOAST. IN A SEPARATE POT WITH WATER AFTER CLEANING AND CUTTING THE PUMPKIN, DIP INTO THE POT TO BOIL IT. IF YOU LIKE TO POUR A GLASS OF DRY WHITE WINE AND EVAPORATE INTO THE RICE POT, THEN START COOKING THE RICE WITH THE BOILING BROTH INSERT THE PUMPKIN PUREE AND BREAK THE SAUSAGE COOK 15-16 MIN ADDING THE BROTH END WHEN THE RICE IS BEAUTIFUL TO THE DENT, PUT GRAIN AND BUTTER OUT OF THE FIRE, BAKING WITH THE LADLE. SERVE WITH A JERMANN PINOT GRIGIO. GOOD RISOTTO
