rigatoni in crema di porcini

we create this dish as if it were a large restaurant dish while being easy to make.

ingredients:

300 gr porcini mushrooms

200 ml cooking cream

a bunch of chives

200 gr grated parmesan

Preparation:

sauté the porcini mushrooms in a pan with extra virgin olive oil pinch of salt and pepper for 5 min and then lower the heat to low and add the cooking cream and chopped chives.

remove from the heat and put a saucepan with salted water on the heat when it boils, throw in 400 grams of pasta such as fusilli or rigatoni. When cooked al dente

, remove the pasta and sauté the pasta with the mushrooms and serve with a grated parmesan cheese on top.
