nachos among the most famous international aperitifs with countless versions. this and mine.

ingredients:

nachos 300

gr cheddar 250

gr copper tomatoes

2 fresh cayenne peppers

black olives 7-8

1 cooked sausage and s crumbled

sour cream guacamole spicy borracho sauce.

Preparation:

in a large flat plate, place the nachos in a fan-shaped fan wide open, with sausage,

olives, cheddar, coppery tomato cubes and the cayenne in wheels.

pass under the oven in the grill for 5 min at 220 degrees or in the microwave for 1 min at maximum power , serve with sauces and corona beer.
