a nice sweet and sour sauce for pasta as an alternative to the usual classics.

ingredients:

200 ml fresh cream

3 tablespoons of tomato puree

150 gr sautéed mushrooms

2 sprigs of chopped parsley in a pan, sizzle the mushrooms with a little oil, in a saucepan bring the water to boil with a pinch of coarse salt, throw 250 g of pennerigate into the water and cook. in the pan with the mushrooms, the cream, the tomato and the parsley, fry the pasta and serve.
