INGREDIENTS:
GNOCCHETTI (OR GNOCCO BEANS)
250 GR OF SPICY GORGONZOLA
200 GR SPECK ALTOADIGE CUT FINE
BUTTER 100 GR
CHOPPED PARSLEY

PREPARATION: CUT THE SLICES OF SPECK A VERY FINE JULIENNE. BOIL A SAUCE WITH COARSE SALT, MELT THE BUTTER IN A PAN ON A SLOW FIRE WITH THE GORGONZOLA. THROW THE GNOCCHI IN THE BOILING WATER AND WAIT FOR THEM TO RISE TO THE SURFACE. WITH A SKIMMER, TAKE THEM OUT AND THROW THEM IN THE PAN OF THE GORGONZOLA WITH THE FIRE OFF. ADD THE SPECK AND IF YOU LIKE A GRAIN OF WALNUTS, SAUCE AND SERVE BEAUTIFUL CREAMY.
