recipe from my son who has meat and fish in the extreme of tastes.

ingredients:

BEEF steak from 500 gr

peeled prawn tails 200 gr

mayonnaise Ketchup

carrots hood

Preparation: on a hot grill,

sear the steak for three minutes per side.

in a saucepan with water,

blanch the prawns for two minutes and cool them.

cut the carrots and the cap into julienne strips and mix it with two tablespoons of mayonnaise and black pepper.

a kind of coslow in short. season the cold prawns with ketchup and mayonnaise and serve the ribs, the prawns and the coslow for a dish with a little special combinations that will make your child happy.
