. ingredients:

300 gr flour 00

dry yeast 150

gr 10 gr fine salt

150 ml tomato puree

10 gr salt

150 gr edamer

7 slices of local salami

100 gr nails

100 gr cooked ham

100 gr artichokes.

Preparation. add the yeast with a glass of water a pinch of salt and let it rest after mixing for 10 minutes. roll the dough to 5 ml of thickness and close in a half moon shape with the ingredients written above. after sealing the edges put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 min and serve hot,
