MAYBE A LITTLE SUMMER BUT A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS VERSION OF THIS DISH.
INGREDIENTS:

ICEBERG SALAD
CROUTONS OF BREAD
SMOKED SALMON
FRESH SHRIMP TAILS
AVOCADO
SHELLED WALNUTS
SALTED PISTACHIOS
CHERRY TOMATOES
EXTRA OIL
BALSAMIC VINEGAR

PREPARATION:
ALL VERY SIMPLE TO WASH AND DRY THE SALAD AND ARRANGE IT WITHOUT BREAKING IT TOO MUCH IN A LARGE FLAT PLATE. IN THE CENTER THREE SLICES OF SALMON, ON THE SIDE OF THE PLATE THREE THIN SLICES OF AVOCADO, ON THE OTHER FIVE TAILS OF SHELLED SHRIMP SAFE 2 MIN IN A PAN WITH SALT AND A SHADING OF DARK RUM. A PLEASURE JULIENNE OF CARROTS OR FENNEL IN THIN FILAMENTS, ALL DRESSED WITH VINEGAR, SAKE AND OIL. COMPLETE AND COLORED DISH WITH FEW FATS
IDEAL COMBINATION WITH AN UNFILTERED BLOND BEER WITH LIME SLICE.
