Congratulations To Torum
Being involved with Torum back in the days when we were in beta testing, the community was very small and the road ahead looked extremely challenging. Years later and Torum has just launched the XTM token on Uniswap! One thing that I did take note of, is the way in which this was done. Often a project will list on some exchange or DEX, only to be added to Coingecko much later down the line. On the day that XTM is launched, a visit to CoinGecko will reveal that XTM has been added with live statistics and other metrics. This is something that was very evident throughout Torum's journey, attention to detail and not being premature. Though sometimes a bit frustrating, it has been a very successful approach indeed!
The XTM token is currently trading at a $0.136 as I am writing this post and has a high of $0.186 reached earlier today. The volume is currently at $6.6 million, which is fairly good for a blockchain based social media site token. Early investors were able to purchase XTM at $0.05 earlier this year. It is likely that many of these investors chose to realize profits between $0.18 and $0.13. I managed to accumulate a decent bag of XTM, which I am still hodling. Earned XTM is currently still locked and will soon be unlocked and available for withdrawal. Torum users are able to earn XTM daily, as they engage and perform certain "missions" on the platform.
There are Daily, Weekly, One-Time and Special missions available for Landers to complete in order to earn tokens. Now that the token is actually being traded and changing hands, it will be interesting to see how the model will perform. The user base has grown significantly and is well over 100k users at this point! A number of new enhancements are also in the pipeline for Torum. A built-in exchange being one, as well as DeFi focused additions. Exciting times for Torum and the community!
My first review of Torum was back in 2020, which managed to onboard a fair amount of new users to the platform. Those who have been active have truly benefited from their time on Torum.

I will be keeping an eye on the XTM price and wouldn't be surprised to see a further dip. However, freely attained tokens cannot incur actual loss. For this reason, I am not too concerned about the short-term price of XTM. I am more eager to see how I will be able to put my XTM to work in the future!
