Without, Poison Arrow

Without

One day I'll forget about you.
You won't be stored in flesh;
be a part of my heart.
You'll find a way
to a place where others can't see.
Somewhere we can still exist
without me.
A place of longing and faking,
healing and breaking.
One day you'll see,
you'll be part of my memory.

Poison Arrow

A poison arrow missed its target,
ends up on the pile;
it bounced off the shield of courage,
truthfulness,
lack of style.
Enemies disassembled,
used the sign of yield.
An effort deconstructed
to decompartmentalize the mind.
Time to live alone,
leave the laughing insane behind.
