Were Did You Go

Where Did You Go

You can’t see your beauty.
Do you think it ain’t there?

Do you live to be worshiped?
For some men who don’t dare.

All along you were showing.
As you simply where there.

All along they were telling.
Well, we just do not care.

Now you are like the others.
No difference in scars.

Reacting, begging, and extracting.
From them, the soul that you’ve lost.

In your eyes it is written:
whatever the cost.

Somewhere, someone’s laughing.
Your own lines have been crossed.

It is for him you’re now living.
The biggest wish he ignores.

For your love of his money.
It is the start of all wars.
