Two in a Row XII



The Memory

As a memory fades, the mind tries to rescue the truth, by inventing surreal images, to dress up the nakedness of it, bringing it back to life in a distorted way, at cost of purity, so we go through life without pain, surrounded by thick cushions of clouds, but at night the dream blows away all the mist, and lets me see you in all clarity, as if it were day time, and I realize again: I truly loved you.

 

Broken Pieces

Love is a bull in a china shop. If you get caught in between two lovers, get out of the store, or be ready to pick up a million broken pieces, including your own.
