This world is a lie.
Just like you and I.
The past cannot last.
But in your mind’s cast.
Why do we all sing along?
Whatever’s unique won’t belong.
Dig through the dirt of your heart.
Cough up the guilt from the start.
You’ll hear the sound of despair.
Doubt, apprehension, arm’s risen hair.
Find a truth so close it’s inside you,
your soul. A sandstorm of lies withdrew.
