What a sad day.
Yesterday, you were taken away.
I know that there’s nothing I can do,
but be grateful that there once was you.
A little light on the darkest screen.
Pure talent, nothing in between.
You made me laugh at a time
when I couldn’t care less.
I taped the shows on VHS.
Why you died so soon,
well, I do not know.
But you were here;
I am grateful,
and I’ve enjoyed the show.
