I cannot work more, therefore, I have never thought about working offline, instead, I am focusing more on my online job. I know some people who are working online as well as offline, however, these people are doing one of the jobs just as a side hustle.

Technically speaking, you can work online and offline at the same time. However, whether this is practically possible or not depends on number of factors. For instance, in order to work online and offline at the same time and still be on the profitable side, apart from skills to work on your jobs or business, you need additional skills like time management and multi-tasking. Even for your offline business, you can build a good team and let your team handle your business without you having to worry about day-to-day businesses. You don't actually need to choose between online business and offline business. Look at Jeff Bezos, apart from Amazon, he is also working in a space travel company. Unless you are occupied 12 hours every day on an online job or offline job, I see a possibility of running an offline business or online business at the same time.
