Hello beer's fanatics !

I will present to you one of my favorite amazonian beer : the Jungle Beer !

(pronounce Jungle, written in french "Jeune Gueule" : young face)

This company is based in French Guiana in the north of Brazil and is working since 2011. I must confess that at the beginning i wasn't very satisfied with this beer. But year after year, the beermakers have improved the product. And now it's perfect ! So let's go discover !

You can find 5 types of beers : white, blond, amber, black and tripel.

They are all very tasty, not like industrial beers. They are strong, the taste stay long in your mouth. The white one got some agrum smells and the black taste like caramel.

The productors have choose to integrate some of amazonian ingredients into the process like manioc (for the malt) and cupuaçu (a delicious amazonian fresh fruit).
