You see the title and you're probably wondering how I did it or that it's just clickbait, and I wish it was, but unfortunately it's not.
The story is 100% true and I still can't come to terms with what a complete idiot I was. But without further ado, let's get to the point.

It all started on December 26, 2022, a quite memorable date because it all starts during the holidays. I remember this date because it was the beginning and beginning of all my problems that continue to this day, because of which I have a terribly broken psyche and have lost all will to live.

The whole story starts with an innocent message from an old friend with whom I had a really good relationship. Rebuilding an old relationship with a good friend seemed like a great option to me. After a few outings for a beer, he told me that he had been having problems recently and asked if I could lend him a few dollars (it was really about $10-15) because he was short on loan payments. Well, I helped him without any problems, it wasn't a huge sum, we always stuck together and could count on each other, and I simply saw no reason to refuse. Whenever we borrowed money from each other, there was no opportunity not to pay it back.
But at some point it started to get bigger and in total, after more than half a year, it turned out that I had loaned him almost 100,000 dollars. As you can guess, and you know, at the age of 19/20, such an amount saved is really not a small amount of money, especially when at this age many people are still dependent on their parents. And at that moment it turned out that my "friend" "good friend" "real homie" turned out to be just a whore with no respect, he simply said that he didn't owe me anything and simply, in his view of the world, I didn't lend him anything even though he promised many times that he would. he will give me the money back immediately... I am simply speechless and as I write this, even though some time has passed, I still have tears in my eyes. Imagine how painful it is when the person you trust implicitly deceives you so brazenly, promising and assuring that he will give you everything, every penny.
The worst thing about this situation is that he knows very well that at some point the whole life I had built fell apart, my health deteriorated and generally my family and personal situation looked like garbage. To save my situation, I fell into debt and borrowed money wherever I could, but unfortunately I fell into a spiral of debt. I literally lost everything and everyone I really cared about - For which I sincerely apologize. If by some miracle you are reading this, I am truly sorry and I promise that I will try to repay you all for all the harm you have suffered because of me. This post aims to do several things, including warning you against lending any money to anyone, even if you are considered the worst, take care of yourself first, and then you can think about others.
