Verasity: evil genius or hallucinated paranoid

By caliglendale | Cali daily | 26 Apr 2020

I joined Verasity about a month ago as I saw an spike in DEX and read an article about the coin and found it amazing that by watching videos you can get VRA's.

I guess I watch everything suggested on vrawallet in about 4-5 days and got my first 400 VRA and transferred it to my DEX wallet to be able to trade with it as it accumulate. I got an email that says " Your withdrawal request has been submitted for manual approval and will be processed within 24 hours. Once your withdrawal request is processed, you will be able to view the transaction details in your VeraWallet account."   4 days passed and nothing deposit in my dex wallet, but as I was exited about the additional VRA's, I kept watching videos. Few days later, I sent them an email and asked for update. nothing happened other than a generic response that they will get back to me and I sent the second bag of VRA's to my DEX. next day I found that my account is blocked!   I got another generic response that said "Your account was blocked because our system has flagged it for suspicious activity: Most likely your account has been engaged in an activity that's prohibited by our Terms of Service. For example, you created multiple accounts in order to collect VRA rewards by watching videos on the site(s) of our Publisher(s) and by doing so attempted to defraud our Publisher(s) or by creating multiple accounts to claim crystals to redeem for VRA on our mobile application Triviata."   I replied with this: "I tried to withdraw my vrab in DEX, is it not okay?"   and they said " Our investigation team has confirmed your account was correctly flagged for suspicious activity: Most likely your account has been engaged in an activity that's prohibited by our Terms of Service. For example, you created multiple accounts in order to collect VRA rewards by watching videos on the site(s) of our Publisher(s) and by doing so attempted to defraud our Publisher(s) or by creating multiple accounts to claim crystals to redeem for VRA on our mobile application Triviata."   I said: " Thank you for your response. but this is my only account. If its helps I can send you whatever evidence you need" and hit back with this: " The investigation team have once again checked and are happy they have made the right decision and this account will remain blocked. "   Its definitely my one and only account and will be my last with this rude and bad customer service. Even if I had multiple accounts, their T&C has nothing on it regarding multiple accounts. It's extremely unfair to block and confiscate people VRAs as it's like steeling their time wasted on watching crappy videos and shitty ads on their app. smarter and more fair approach would be first updating the T&C, and then warning people once and closing accounts after that.   I just put this here to let anyone from verasity team know that if you are trying to improve your platform this is not helping you; and if you just here to waste people time and just bully people and confiscate their investments, go to hell! you just lost one enthusiastic customer and hopefully will lose all of them soon!
