Bullish Smoked Salmon Devilled Eggs

Hey guys! We’re gonna try something a little fancy today! I was bored at work and I had some free time so I decided to get my chef on, and here’s what happened next! I’m pretty proud if I do say so myself!


Equipment required:


Food processor

Cutting board


Ingredients required:

6 Hard Boiled Eggs

Smoked Salmon (60g)

1/4 cup cream cheese


Black Pepper

1/4 Lemon

Spicy Mustard

2 lemon slices


Slice of smoked salmon


Get a pot and put your eggs in it, gently, with love. Pour enough cold water in the pot to cover the eggs. Bring the water to a boil and and leave them in for about eight minutes, then take them out and let them cool before peeling (don’t burn your fingertips)! Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully scoop out the yoke, put it in your food processor. Add in with the yoke your smoked salmon (hold one slice to the side), cream cheese, spicy mustard, salt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from your lemon wedge in there too. Process until the mixture is smooth.


When your filling is ready, fill each egg half with the mixture. Cut up the slices of lemon and the slice of smoked salmon you set aside earlier into small pieces, and use those to garnish.


There you go! In 25 minutes or so you’ve made a delicious, impressive, creative meal!

This recipe could easily be doubled as well if you’re cooking for a few people.
