The Home Stretch

Day 7 of 7 recap ==> Tony Robbins - Journey to Breakthrough (Integration)

So here we are.  Day 7.  The home stretch.  I can even believe how fast, yet how fully the last 7 days have gone by.  TR did his thing.  He over delivered, and created the most amazing day yet. It is such an honor to take a moment and write about: Day 7 of 7 recap ==> Tony Robbins - Journey to Breakthrough (Integration).

Integration Day

So today is the day.  This is where TR talks through the main topics of the previous 6 days and adds stories in relation to each.  The overview of the first six days was at least an hour, but felt no more than a few minutes.

I took as many notes today as I did in the other days all combined.  It was truly amazing.  There was review of many topics, but it keeps growing because instead of saying yeah, I know this already.  I want to experience and engage with it again and again.  It's time to integrate.

Below are the links for the recaps for each of the previous days 1 through 6 if you want to check out what was covered in the previous days.  In the meantime the guest speaker for today was Dean Graziosi.

Dean Graziosi

Day 7 of 7 recap ==> Tony Robbins - Journey to Breakthrough (Integration)

Dean Graziosi is a multiple New York Times best selling author, entrepreneur, and investor. He has started or has been involved in 13+ companies that have changed lives all around the world.

For over 20 years Dean has been dedicated to delivering self-education to those seeking transformation and success outside the normal path of traditional education. Recently, he and Tony Robbins launched the Knowledge Business Blueprint, with the goal of making self-education viable for millions. It began with the largest online training in history with over 200k people live and has since become a movement.

He lives in Paradise Valley, AZ with his wife Lisa and his three children.

Only recently, have I learned about the life, teachings and powerhouse that is Dean Graziosi.  Today we were blessed to have him teach a 20 minute section on the Comeback Challenge.  He focused on how to close the gap between where we are and where we know we need to go.

That is a true gift to everyone who was on the live stream.  Dean is such a talented speaker and more importantly is that he speaks from his heart.  When it comes to figuring out how to close the gap, he echoes many of the points from TR.

Elevate your level of energy.  Energy begets energy.  And then most important he talks about the story that you keep telling your self.  When you have a limiting story, you have a limiting life.  When you have an expanding, growing, amazing and magnificent story, your life will move in that direction.

His 20 minutes of next level talk was just that, next level incredible and I feel so blessed and thankful to have been witness to it.

Hour of Power

Every day this week, TR had planned to spend an hour with the group and go over the tools he had to share.  The shortest day was nearly two hours and the others were between three and four hours. It was definitely an hour of power.

Today during the Q & A someone asked Tony if there was 1 thing that he would tell people to absolutely walk away with, what would it be?

His answer was quick, simple and totally straight forward.

"Well, that's easy.  Manage your state.  You need to be in a Peak State!

His priming exercise which is 10 minutes in the AM, or something as simple as drinking more water throughout your day are key.  They will give you energy.  And remember, Energy is the critical ingredient of everything.

Now let's get after it!

How can you possibly manage home and work? I am asked that question all the time. I don't feel like I'm middle aged until I look in the mirror. Checking the scale and seeing a pound or two difference was never a big deal. In my 20's I could just take a deep breath and loose 5 lbs. But guess what? It stacks up. Combine that with a little stress, less sleep and all of the "trade-offs" we make day in and out. The solution is as simple as making a decision, which takes literally just a moment in time.
