All my experiences of dealing with Publish0x support have been exceptional. They reply immediately and the problem is resolved. I have been impressed.
My experiences with other sites support teams, have been a long drawn out process, frustrating dealing with bots and never resolved. But that is a whole another story.
First Contact
My first experience dealing with Publish0x was, when there was a problem with my account being temporarily suspended. My bad.
When I tried to login in it came up with a message, that I may have breached the Terms of Service and I can contact [email protected] to sort out.
#1 I was surprised that they just didn't cancel my account but gave me an opportunity to contact them first.
#2 The account was up and running again within 48 hours
#3 A real person sent me a friendly email advising me it was all go again.
Second Contact
Lately I have noticed that I was starting to get spammed in the comments. i.e.
- Spamming the comments to get people to sign up to one service / product or another.
- Spamming the comments. Period. Please do not go around commenting on other peoples articles and ask them to tip your content or follow you.
Yesterday I got a notification from Publish0x advising that:
- joined May 2020
- 8 posts
- BIO: Efforts for a prosperous life
- BLOG: What is the Having (12/5/2020)?
There was so much information that it spanned 2 comments. It could have been posted as an article in it's own right.
Now normally when some-one spams one of my posts, I just reply that it is not good karma and leave it at. Up till now the Spammers had just been newbies, weren't authors and you give just them the benefit of the doubt that they didn't realise or understand.
But this time is was just plain out blatant spamming. It kinda got under my skin, so I decided to report it.
Under a person comments the author has the additional options of Reporting or Block User
Click on the red Report and it takes you to the following Report Comment window. There is a drop down menu to select from and field to give details about your report. Then click on the blue Report.
The next morning the offending comments have been removed by Publish0x. How about that for a prompt response. Once again impressed.
The comments had been added to my post:
How to get $US50 Worth Stellar Lumens (XLM) Tokens - Simple Step By Step Guide
Now I can understand why they did it. Only been on Publish0x a week, 8 posts averaging $0.05 per post. Maybe doesn't have a great viewing audience yet. Saw it as an opportunity to get access to the perfect target group of interested people. Understandable but just bad karma. And also happens to be in breach of the Publish0x Terms of Service.
Decided to give @Mr_Tao some friendly advice and show there was no hard feelings:

I hope you found this post informative and interesting. Or at least now know where to find the Publish0x contact details.
As always I have enjoyed doing the research and putting it all together. In fact I only found this information this morning while doing research for my next article.
Feel free to post comments, as getting feedback is how we learn. As a publisher all feedback is greatly appreciated.
