Nothing in my hands I brought.
The world is filled with good things I thought.
On my arrival I sensed cruelty.
I cried to the height of audibility.
I looked around me and thought no one cares.
Few days later I realized someone really cares.
I grew up to see wickedness.
But was told by my mama to practice kindness.
Flew kites and wished I could fly like the birds.
I grew up to realize I could fly artificially like birds.
All the possessions I long for.
All material wealth people die for.
All shall come to naught.
When they die, those wealth they carry not.
Stripped of their possessions they had to go.
Naked they came, naked they go.
